Process
This assignment is to be completed in small groups of three. Each group will share the use of the lab top to access information on the internet to complete the worksheet provided. After the worksheet is completed, students will independently complete and score test (link at bottom of Web Quest) indicating your intelligence type. Each student will then complete a brief personal reflection/assessment based on their findings. Lastly, students will organize into groups based on their multiple intelligence distinct type and discuss and reflect on their scores and summaries.
Directions:
- Define each of the 8 distinct types on the worksheet provided.
- List 3-5 Professions that may be included in each of the 8 distinct types (example: Musical - singer).
- Provide examples of what a teacher may do in the classroom when dealing with each of the 8 distinct types of multiple intelligence (example: Musical - make up a song for students to learn intended classroom material).
- Independently complete and score your test, and complete a 2-3 paragraph relection/assessment based on your findings.
- Get together in groups depending on your distinct type answer and discuss and reflect on findings.
